What is for sale
A Compute Instance is a VPS: a Linux virtual machine with its own operating system and root access. Game servers ship with the game installed. GeoDNS and hosted DNS are included with the account. Dedicated servers, GPU instances, Kubernetes, object storage, and the rest of the catalog are on the roadmap. They are not orders you can place.
Who runs the machine
The provider keeps the hardware, the customer on the listing, and the hypervisor credential. NodeRings runs the storefront, the account, and the order. The security page states where that credential lives. Support is [email protected].
