Plans & product
Is the Community plan really free?
Yes. Community is free forever, not a time-limited trial. You get full product access, with infrastructure scale of 10 platforms, 6 regions, and 60 nodes. Join during beta and keep a 5% marketplace take rate forever. After beta, new Community providers are billed at 15%.
How does the marketplace take rate work?
When a client pays you through the NodeRings marketplace, the platform retains a percentage before payout to your Stripe Connect account. Providers who join during beta keep 5% forever. After beta, new Community providers are billed at 15%. A $0.50 minimum fee per transaction also applies. Custom take rates are negotiated. Your platform subscription fee is separate from this marketplace fee.
Do I need a paid plan to accept payouts?
No. Stripe Connect payout management is available on Community. You can start selling on the marketplace without a monthly platform subscription. You only pay the marketplace take rate on transactions.

How can I try NodeRings before paying?
Use the Community plan. It is free forever, not a time-limited trial. Contact sales for Custom if you need a negotiated take rate or custom limits.
Where can I see invoices and subscription history?
Sign in and open Billing → Subscription. Use the Invoices and Payments tabs to view platform invoices and payment history for your organization.
What about Custom?
Custom is for providers that need negotiated infrastructure limits, marketplace take rates, and support SLAs. Email [email protected] to discuss an agreement.
